Well, I've been on this site for just over a week and it's pretty addictive.
I have linked all my social networks to it (except my Google+ account) and have made steady growth share wise.
I still can't see how some people suddenly get logarithmic growth. I assume that a lot has to do with Getting your friends on board. At the moment, most of my social networks are little silos. My Linkedin is for work and my Facebook is for social. There is some overlap in users but my use of each site is dramatically different.
The problem I have, in relation to Empire Avenue, is that I don't really want to spam everyone I know and the few I have invited haven't picked up on the invite or ignored it...
So we're back no organic - non friend invite based - growth...
